To request a service from the District

• Complete a service request form online
• Call the District at (209) 522-4098

Our representative will process the service request and a Vector Control Technician will contact you directly for service, or our representative if additional information is needed. Once we have all required information through a call, voice mail or online service request submission we will follow up and take care of the request, you need not have to call back unless you are placing a new request for service.
